Commission Info:

-TERMS OF SERVICE-

Hey, folks! So Avali is opening her commissions again, but this time around we’re going to handle things in a more codified/organized manner, so as to protect both you and Miss Avali from misunderstandings/shenanigans. Before inquiring about a commission, please read the entire ToS, and understand that your order constitutes a full understanding AND ACCEPTANCE of these terms. If these terms are not amenable to you, please do not inquire.

-RIGHTS-


All rights to the image are retained by the artist. What this means is that you can’t use the image for your own profit—i.e., to slap it on Cafepress shirts/mugs/etc. You can use it in whatever non-profit way you deem fit—icons, banners, whatever. So long as you aren’t making cash, you’re good.

Artist reserves the right to refuse/cancel an order. If the artist is uncomfortable with the terms of the order, or if the commissioner behaves badly during the production of the project, the order may be refused/terminated. If the project is terminated, a refund less than the amount of hours put into the project will be issued. In other words, don’t be a douchebag.

These terms may change at a whim. However, if your order was accepted prior to those changes, they will not apply.

-PRICING AND PAYMENT-


Prices are not subject to haggling, coercion, wheedling, whining, or any other form of bargaining. WoW gold is not accepted as payment. Pixel money does not buy food or rent. If you are going to inquire only to beg that the prices be lowered, then don’t bother, please.

Base pricing is as follows.

• $70 for flat colors.  Style examples:  link | link | link

• $120 for full CG.  Style examples: link  |  link  |  link 

  •  $20 for complex backgrounds
  •  $20 for each addtl character
  •  $20 for monster/mount/creature figures
  •  In general, tack on twenty bucks for further complexities.

Prices increase based on number of figures, complexity, background, etc. If your piece is complex, inquire and you will be issued a quote. Again, pricing is non-negotiable. 

Payment must be done through PayPal only. No other form of payment is accepted, now or ever.

Commissioner must pay half the commission price at the time of the order, and then the remainder upon completion. If you do not have the funds for the piece, do not order.

-MISCELLANEOUS-


Commissions will be done in rounds. Artist will take three names to start; two additional names will be placed in ‘reserve’ for the next round.

Artist often posts WiPs publicly during the process. If you wish for your commission to remain private, please note this in your order.

Artist will draw nude figures, but will NOT draw NC-17 works. All pairings are fine—m/m, f/f, m/amoeba, etc, but the image will not be explicit. Artist has no other restrictions on subject or content; however, commissioner should be prepared to pay additional fees based on complexity (i.e. a giant Gundam-style mecha, etc).

Minor revisions only may be requested on the finished piece. Significant changes will require additional fees.
